We have years of experience in providing useful consultancy and solutions for your new or existing building applications. We are able to assist you in the design and submission stages. It maybe that you know exactly what you want and just require planning permission and building regulations. We CAN help. We will not charge you for projects which do not receive approval. So far we have a 100% record with our past ventures because we will not enter into projects which we feel will not gain approval. We are used to working with councils across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset. So if you live within this area we can help.

After your initial call or email we will arrange for an initial site visit to discuss your wishes and ideas for your new project. We will help and advise you regarding the legality of your requirements and take the details needed for the council applications.  After that we will provide you with a quote for providing all the drawings, negotiations required to achieve that all important 'YES' from the local authority. If you have already chosen a builder we can liaise directly with them, or we can help assist you in finding suitable contractors. Our client list has a good mixture of domestic and commerical projects. We also cover new builds, housing developments and civil engineering projects , to use that old phrase 'no job too small or too big'. We have helped with drawing works on larger propjects like Terminal 5 at Heathrow and have had sole reponsibilty on other projects comeerical and domestic, housebuilds, various churchs and road systems, but also many domestic enviroments.
